Refund policy

At Graceesthetic, we have a strict cancellation and late policy to ensure we can provide the best service to all our clients.

• A $100 cancellation fee will apply to any cancellations or rescheduled appointments made within 48 hours of your scheduled time, as well as for no-shows.

• If you do not confirm your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled date/time, your appointment will be automatically removed from our schedule, and you will need to reschedule for the next available slot.
